1.打開軟件和更新

2.點擊 下載自:選項 , 再點擊其餘站點

3.點擊下載自：這個下拉框，選中其它站點，選擇鏡像 , 選中的是阿里的鏡像 , 相對較好. , 點擊" 選擇服務器 "按鈕

4.點擊" 關閉 "按鈕

5.靜靜等待
6.等待更新完畢後 , 打開終端
